Returns & Store Credit

At She’Vogue, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only.

Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or stains

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@shevogue.ca within 10 days of your purchase.

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on www.shevogue.ca.

Additional Information

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Bodysuits

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Items marked Final Sale

 

Sizing & Product Details

We strongly encourage all customers to:

  • Review the size chart carefully

  • Read the full product descriptions before purchasing

  • Contact us with any questions prior to placing an order

She’Vogue is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

Approved cases will be reviewed and handled at She’Vogue’s discretion.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

 

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, She’Vogue is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Chargebacks or disputes filed for reasons covered under this policy may result in:

  • Order refusal

  • Account restrictions

  • Future purchase limitations

She’Vogue reserves the right to deny service to customers who violate store policies or abuse return policies.
